Intuitive Energy Healing + Notes (Distance or In-Person) During our sessions, I will use different vibrations of energy depending on what is needed during the session. I usually feel called to start with Master Level Reiki and then intuitively feel into what is needed. The intention is always set that you will receive exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less, in the highest good from a place of love and light. People come for energy healing when they feel off or unbalanced, or just need some new direction in their self-growth or spiritual growth. Sometimes people just feel called to come and they honor that. You will leave with written notes on what came through during the session. I often hear messages, see images and animals. These images carry a spiritual message which I will write and talk about with you.
